The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation course, taught in 2005
by the RealtyU® network of real estate schools, has starting 2006 been replaced
with the Accredited Seller Representative® (ASR®) designation course.
The Seller Agency Council, Inc. owns and manages the (Accredited
Seller Representative®) designation and is widely recognized as the largest
and most sought designation for seller’s agents. After extensive research
RealtyU® selected this seller representative course to offer to real estate

There are many benefits to achieving the ASR® (Accredited Seller’s
Representative®) designation. The Accredited Seller Representative® (ASR®)
designation is awarded to real estate agents upon the successful completion of
the twelve (12) hour in-class ASR® seller agency course, certification of
10 closed sides of the transaction where the ASR® candidate has represented
the seller. Membership in the National Association of REALTORS® is also required.
